- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is subject to change depending on the condition of the house. In few cases the house needed not hours but days of scrubbing and cleaning and in cases where we have to return the next day there will be a higher charge. The quote only covers one person cleaning up to 8 hours. For extra workers and more time there will be an upcharge. If you aren’t satisfied or have any issues we will clean it again or refund your money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take a few minutes and do a walk through of the house while going over a checklist and letting the customer add anything extra while just informing them of what we will be doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a few different cleaning companies and was trained in house cleaning as well as commercial cleaning. We are trained to clean a little apartment to a movie theatre!
