- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some what, every project is different and custom, but we do have a structure in place we follow based on how long and heavy in functions the project is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet first and hear the vision of what our customer is thinking. Collaboration with the customer is so important and listening to what their needs are in growing their business. Then we can provide a thorough quote to them. Once they are ready we receive 50% of the quote up front and schedule a Pre-Production meeting to start creating the flow of the new site. The PPM it's where we go over the details off domain name, page flow ( what actually will attract their customers and visitors), colors and design. Then we start building which is approximately a 4 to 7 well process. Once competed we meet with the client again to do any adjustments or tweaks. Then we collect the remaining 50% and train the customer on how to put together the correct content and enter it into the website. Once the content is competed we make the website live.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked for another website company before starting Revolution Web Studios 10 years ago to do it better than the rest.
