I had an excellent experience with Braman, with special thanks to Ben. From the very beginning I got quick responses to all my questions. I chose Braman after a couple of conversations with Ben. He gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a reputable, professional company that was going to deliver results, not just show up, do a job & disappear.
My elderly mother's home had bed bugs--lots of them. I had to get her help even though I was 300 miles away. Communication & trust were really important to me. I talked to a number other companies that left me uneasy. Everyone had different opinions on the best treatment plan. Ben helped me sort all that out & provided advice that made the most sense. I had a question after the job & Ben was on-site the next day just to makes sure everything was OK.
Erin in the business office, techs Jaime and Mark were consistently professional, helpful & thorough. I'd recommend Braman to anyone.

Ben did a thorough inspection and clearly explained our options for treatment. Scheduling for both inspection and treatment was flexible for my hectic schedule. I highly recommend this company.
