- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system consists of 2 parts good and best. Best would be top of line products top of line service while good would still be top of the line service but maybe using different products or leaving services out at costumers request (Example) good quote- patch holes, light sand, light prep work, use cheapest products Best quote- fill and patch holes, skim coat, heavy to light sand, completed heavy prep work, and use good to best products available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So after landing the job we usually go do all the prep work. Prep work is 85% of job quality. Its what makes your finish job look the best. After that's completed you can start doing your finish work. The job isnt completed untill the customer is completely satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting and doing handy man work for the past 10 years. I have my LSRS license which is my lead safe renovation supervisor license. Im a professional in every service I provide
