The Job: Remove old and replace Fencing around perimeter of property AND demo and remove old and re-frame and pour concrete patio and walkway. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a bit more realistic estimate of the time thess tasks would take, as there were some (probably not unusual) delays along the way which put the finish line a few days later than promised. The work is perfect, though, and the Kena and Sons team/family were actually fun and helpful all through the job. They went an extra mile or two to help with heavy lifting aside from their gig and were generally jovial and professional-but-informally so. I would - actually Have - hire(d) them for other similar work.

Kena & Sons helped us with 1- the construction of a fabulous fence 2- redesign of a front porch 3- cement work in the front of the house. From beginning to end was four days of constant work; during this time, the team troubleshoot, improvised, and provided outstanding customer service. The end product was above and beyond what we expected. The crew was committed to coming in and getting out. When there was a delay on cement delivery, the crew MIXED IT BY HAND to avoid delays. This crew was AMAZING. Their work and ethic was so impressive that TWO neighbors approached them for projects. I am hoping to do more projects with Kena & Sons.
As for pricing, I had four quotes. Kena was not the lowest HOWEVER, because of their experience and commitment to the work and timeline, I hired them. BEST decision I have made with contractors.
