Eminent Media typically greets the future client via phone or any preferred means of communication. Following introductions would be a detailed description of what the clients needs, wants, and professional expectations are. After we have a very clear, direct, and consensual understanding of what the client is after, we introduce our portfolios, review service rates, and client expectations.
