Chef John has catered several events for me over the past almost 10 years, small and large, both personal and professional. He is creative, smart, great with budget, excellent in leading a team, tidy, and has a true passion for being in the kitchen. He takes pride in his work, and the work of his team. He's always early, efficient, and always has a can-do attitude. Chef John is one of the most professional, pleasurable chefs to work with that I have ever come across. I would recommend him for all of your catering needs.
