- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial appointment is typically 45-90 minutes depending on the size and scope of work for a project. We'll talk through what you'd like to see happen in the space, take measurements and examine the existing structure (as best as possible prior to demo). From there, we'll draw up the design in 3D and put together you free estimate. We break everything done item by item so you have the ability to see how we arrive at your total estimated price. We'll set our next appointment back at your home where we will review everything together. If you're interested in moving forward with the project then the next steps might include some additional design appointments. Before we get started we'll get together with the contractor that will be on your project for a Pre-Construction Meeting to make sure we are all on the same page as things get started.
