Introduction: I am currently employed at Jeff Ruby Steakhouse in downtown Nashville. I have experience as a baker, cake decorator, caterer, line cook, prep cook, and chef instructors assistant. I have spent over 8 years in the industry, along with graduating from Sullivan university with an associates degree in baking and pastry and a bachelors degree in hospitality management. I have regularly cooked and baked on the side and love doing private parties and celebration cakes for friends and family. I am most experienced with American cuisine,but can also provide Asian, and Mexican inspired dishes. For larger events I have a few other chefs and servers at my disposal for hire. I love how cooking allows me to bring my passion for science and creativity together!

Stephanie made me dinner once. Black bean burgers with quinoa salad and stuffed mushrooms!! Never ever had any of the and it all turned out so good! She's an adventurous one when it comes to her creations and takes a lot of pride in what she does!!

Stephanie- We really miss your amazing desserts up here in Cincinnati. Whether you have included a little alcohol, or left it without, worked on a simple idea , or gone for a dish that is so complex that I could never even start, your creations are exceptional! I do love the fact that you have found a true passion for making every meal spectacular, but, we sure do miss being able to try these! When Spring arrives, we will drive down your way to try out your wonderful Spring-Themed Desserts!
