Eleazar was recommended by my general contractor, and was extremely easy to work with. We had a project which had multiple requirements, and he created a unified set of plans for us to submit to the city of Oakland for review. Permits were approved, and a couple little additions that the city required to the plans were graciously accommodated by Eleazar. His services were reasonably priced, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work to base their build/renovation upon. Thank you Eleazar!

Eli was recommended to me by my contractor. We were remodeling our home and were in need of his services. He was very prompt and we can tell he was skilled at remodeling and home renovation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide a detailed scope of work and cost proposal that will clearly define what is included in the service, the schedule of completion and terms of payment. Everything will be in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will visit the project site and discuss the project with the homeowner free of charge. I will provide advise as needed regarding City restrictions, code requirements, etc. at this time. After this consultation, I will provide a written scope of work & cost proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered civil engineer (CA) and an experienced drafter and plan preparer. I will provide all City-required architectural plans and sections and structural details and calculations to secure the permit.
