- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are pretty straight forward. My package never have any hidden fees. Like I said before, I keep my prices lower so my clients don't have to pay a small fortune to keep their memories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally when I work with new customers I will set up a meeting so I can go over my packages, show them product and answer any questions they might have. If they are on board we will set up a contract, I will ask them questions like what are you looking for in your photos, are there any special photos you would like me to capture, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done 4 years of school in photography, CIDG and art. As for training, I would like to think each photoshoot I do is training and practice. None of my shoots are ever the same, so I am always learning, always coming up with new ways to change things up.
