Each solution is designed for the specific needs of the business we are working with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come in to meet with the prospective client, at their workplace, to analyze and assess pain, issues, bottlenecks and problem areas. Once uncovered, we come back with findings, and then give recommendations in whqt products and services we have to fix those areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in the office solutions industry and a Certified Sandler Sales Trainer. Sharp University, Xerox University, IKON/Ricoh University, Konica-Minolta University, and Toshiba University sales training.
