I was very pleased with Francisco and his crew. My wife and I had a problem with the temperature of our second floor. We assumed we needed a better AC unit, so after replacing the AC unit ($7k with homedepot) it did absolutely nothing. Francisco spent 15 minutes in my attic before he diagnosed the REAL problem. His explanation was very logical and in terms we could understand. Since then I've referred them to two friends with similar issues in their home. We've saved an average of $80 each month on our FPL bill. Well worth the money. The savings are a plus, but for us it was being comfortable upstairs that mattered the most. For the first time since (we bought the home 5 years ago) we truly feel comfortable in our home!
