- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require half up front to secure your date. The rest is due on the day of the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking them through the steps of the whole process. From the vision of the shoot and the goals and outcome, we are looking for. Working with the customer to make the most flattering images to delivering the images digitally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through Television production for four years in high school, to taking college-level courses for photography, and now I'm continuing my growth through joining the Professional Photography Association where I attend learning seminars taught by other professionals.
