Introduction: Hello my name in Noel Stevens and I am an experience restaurateur, caterer, event coordinator and persona chef. I am a certified Natural Chef and specialize in working with my clients personal needs. I have a wide range of experience and knowledge specializing in working with my clients dietary needs and taste preferences. I am experienced in casual to formal service and enjoy creating menus for any style catering event. I have excellent references and have work for many well know people including President Carter. I can cater an informal office meeting to a full service wine dinner. I look forward to creating a memorial event for you! I love working with local farmers and organizing true "farm to fork" events. I find that working each event personally and keeping my catering schedule to a reasonable working size makes my customer feel more comfortable with what I am selling. So basically I love working personally with my clientele and being available to make an event what they want
