Chef Travis was great and worked within my budget, we collaborated on menu ideas, he was super professional, organized, easy to have in my home, he is very polite, on time, food was awesome, great clean up job, really a perfect experience! We hired him for a 4th of July back yard BBQ for 35 people and served chicken, brats and hot dogs with a half dozen salads. Gourmet BBQ!

Hello all! This is money well spent! You can tell when someone loves what they do! This is uniquely exemplified in Chef Travis! He is not only a top notch Chef, but also an extraordinary person who goes-the- extra-mile to get the job done well!. I have observed this countless times in the three+ years he and I have worked together. He recently gave a Fresh Herb Demo to a group of 50 of my professional colleagues at a local college Foods Lab, and all feedback was excellent! His Kansas City charm comes through in all of his presentations from one on one to a large group. He shares his passion for delicious, freshly prepared food in such a way that he captures the attention, tastebuds, and hearts of those in his audience. i have a Bachelors degre in Culinary arts from The Culinary institute of America in Hyde Park NY
How did you get started doing this type of work?
i started working as a pot and pan washer at Bishops cafeteria in Kansas city, I worked my way up to all stations and making all food from scratch in which is my passion create fresh food from scratch
