FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly with a standard 1 hour minimum for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Closet Organization Service: Discuss with the client their expectations for that particular project. Present some options and solves with a clear goal so they feel comfortable with the task at hand. Wardrobe Consultation Service: Everyone is different and has different needs. I would say the most common process would be as follows: We start with the initial consultation. This is where we get to know each other and clients share their "style goals". I go through a list of questions which helps me understand who they are as a person. Based on this conversation I decide the next move. Typically, it is a closet/wardrobe edit. This is where I review clients' entire wardrobe and discuss how to style pieces, what they should donate and what they need. I take pictures of looks they love to create a look book for them to keep as well as I make a list of must-have wardrobe items to round out their looks. Next, based on the list I created, and within their budget, I research stores and plan a shopping trip to get those "must-have" pieces.
