Our price discounts! For all new clients, we offer a 10% discount on your 2nd home Improvement. For all loyalty customers! 10% discount off any referral made for you next home improvement. (Referral must use our services. Discount can be combined with other discounts) Military appreciation discount 10% off all installs & home improvements. (Proof of ID or Government employee Discount 10℅ (Proof of ID Required)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all our first time new customers, We understand how difficult it maybe to figuring out the best way to meeting your goals. Our mission is to give you that peace of mind and know we will do our best to meet your expectations. If you have questions feel free to ask away, the more questions you ask the more confident you will be. We also try to find the best possible way to save you money! Please read over our discounts. We want to make sure we are not missing any possible options to save you some extra money on your home improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HomeCraft is dedicated to increasing our employees skills. We require all our lead home improvement employees to have at least 5 years of experience with any home improvement. We offer apprenticeship for newer employees. We are always looking for ways we are able to improve our skills. HomeCraft stays up to date on all (Building code guidelines)! Our employees are required take all required training courses.
