- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Listen and communicate to the client to find out the types of job they want done. For my recurring clients, I offer 10%for weekly cleaning and 5% for bi-weekly discount. I also offer special discounts for veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would listen to my client and find out what they want done on their home and communicate thoroughly with them the process, time and effort it takes to get it done. I always recommend a walk through of your home in order to offer you an accurate quote, know what needs to be done, calculate the time and effort it takes to complete the job. I will always try to help my customers out in any way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've grew up cleaning with my mom on the weekend back in high school. My mom has been in the professional residential cleaning business since the mid 90's. She takes great pride in her work and loves what she does. Cleaning comes naturally for me. I will clean your house just like my own home. I love cleaning and will always offer quality work.
