What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is determined by how much work I have to do and the distance. Also if I have to haul away debris that plays a roll in pricing. If you sign on for a month it'll be cheaper.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gaining their trust, let the customer know that I'm going to do my best work and make them feel comfortable with me and my company
