FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices all depend on the project. There are different factors ranging from the subject, the quantity, the length of the project, editing, equipment, printing, etc. If the project is a style that I'm not fully experienced in, then I'll lower the price. I consider new style jobs a win-win for both parties. The clients pay a smaller price, and I get more experience!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to start out by meeting the client in person before the project. We would meet up, get to know each other, and discuss the project in further detail. I feel it is very important for communication between both parties, and so I can become fully prepared. If it's difficult to meet in person, then a simple phone call will suffice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree was Documentary Studies & Productions at Ithaca College. The degree allowed me to take classes ranging from film, news, television, photography, and media industries.
