Call if there's a problem right away. Never called or texted to let us know why they didn't show up to our wedding reception. Left us hanging. Take care of business and not let a girlfriend text me back after several messages I left him. Owes us our deposit back. Haven't received it yet and its been a week yesterday. Not a happy newlywed. We didn't have a back up plan. I feel ripped off.
