They were able to manage the project and all the all the issues that arose with out our presence. They also helped manage other vendors in our absence. We were away during most of the work.

If you have made it to Carter Improvements review page, stop now and contact them!!You have found your guy! Period. We have pretty high standards and Carter Improvement delivered! They came in and made a difficult situation a beautiful reality for us! We were absent during a few of the weeks, and never felt taken advantage of because of it. Also, Tom is knowledgeable of the permitting process and handled all that comes with it (!) . We are thrilled with our new kitchen & island/dining area and flooring (that he matched beautifully with existing floor) & highly recommend Carter Improvements. We will absolutely use them for our future bathroom project.

Tom is a man of his word. He showed up on time and did his job with professionalism and as promised, which is hard to find in Florida. His team did a great job with our tiles. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out to the project address and meet with the prospective client as no 2 jobs are the same, every job has its own identity, to then put a game plan together and also make sure my clients and myself are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, I have built, as a General Contractor, 37 single family homes, Completely rehabbed, down to the studs, 8 single family homes. I am EPA Lead Certified.
