- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, to get started we estimate the number of hours a project is going to take. 50% payment will be due upfront, once the work starts we will track our time and the final actual balance will due upon completion. This way, if the project takes less time, the client pays less than the initial invoice. If the project takes more time or work is added along the way, we will bill for the additional time once the client has approved.
