- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All catering whether drop off or with food truck is totally customized with clients. We set up a meeting to discuss customized menu options and prices. Contracts are set into place to ensure all details are followed through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of Johnson and Wales University Class of 2000 Certified Chef. I also have many years of experience working as a Chef in local South Florida Hotels and Restaurants.
