Introduction: I am a career coach and licensed mental health counselor. I help clients that feel nervous and anxious about their job search gain confidence. I do more than just resumes. I help clients with their resumes so they get more calls for interviews. I help clients prepare for the interview with mock interviews. I help my clients be completely prepared for their job search. I assist with their Resumes, Cover Letters, Mock Interviews, Career Coaching and Counseling, Life Coaching and Mental Health. When my client provides feedback that they accomplished their goals, they are surprised at how well they are doing, they feel empowered to take on new tasks. When we are done, my client feels confident and ready for any job interview one on one, group interviews and panel interviews. I understand how important finding the right job is and I want to make the process easy.

My husband and I went to consult with Ms Williams regarding family issues. We needed guidance with how to plan for ourselves as we navigated various issues within our family. Ms Williams was professional and listened carefully to what we were saying and then clearly set up goals that we could work for after each session. Ms Williams is caring and kind and listens to your problems. She makes observations and suggestions that can guide you to a greater understanding of what needs to be done to accomplish your goals. We were so thankful for her help and guidance.

I worked with Ms.Williams on multiple occasions , for interview preparation, she prepared me by doing mock interview which was very helpful. She also reviewed my résumé and offered good feedback I was able to make adjustments. For Virtual Services Coaching 30 minutes $50 and 60 minutes $90 Counseling 45 minutes $60 and 60 minutes $100
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I let them ask me any questions they may have. I explain the process, let them feel comfortable knowing that we will collaborate. I am structured but leave a lot of room for flexibility, everyone has a different personality. I will never dictate what a client should or should not do, I will motivate and empower them to make these decisions on their own. The best feeling is making a decision on your own!
