- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the service to offer and amount of hours anticipated. We often quote a package rate so not to appear that the a hourly rate is endless. However, we honor our quotes as we have a sense as to the time involved in completing a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide initial consultation so to assess the needs of the prospective client. This can be done by phone or internet. It is important to understand the end results and provide a comfort level and understanding of the process. We remain available to answer any questions throughout the process from beginning to end of the assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed two years of college in addition to graduating from Paralegal School. I have attended many workshops and seminars in law, business, public relations and marketing. I have over 15 years of experience in all of my specialties and a host of clients and references.
