Introduction: My experience ranges from individuals to working with groups of students. My tutoring style can be classified as energetic and very much student empowerment. Having the classroom teaching experiences helps me identify all types of learners, learning styles, and accommodations. I am very hands on and I just try to give students a learning experience that will strive them towards success.
I have been an educator in the classroom for the last 8 years teaching science and math at the secondary level (6-12). The field of education has been so rewarding because I get the opportunity to help mold the lives of our youth. Teaching and tutoring is all about how to make learning fun, engaging, and more importantly an interactive journey. The more you can help others the better we become as a whole, so let the tutoring begin!!!!!!

My niece was struggling with math, and Pedro was able to help her improve greatly through tutoring. He first assessed her to determine where her knowledge and skills were and then began working through a lot of practice problems. Pedro helped break up the information to help her understand, and she was able to catch up after falling behind in class. Her math scores were much better, and her confidence in her ability improved. With Pedro's help, she improved her math skills and her critical thinking skills. He was flexible with his schedule and communicated her progress after each tutoring session. We were definitely satisfied!
