Terrible Terrible Terrible job!! ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY ARE NOT PHYSICALLY CAPABLE TO CLEAN A LARGE HOUSE LIKE MINE (3800 SQUARE FEET UNDER AIR). PLUS WHEN THEY COME THEY GIVE YOU A GREAT SALE PITCH TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE GOING TO DO ALL THESE THINGS BUT DO NOT DELIVER!! TRUST ME DO NOT HIRE A CLEANER FROM ANY WEBSITE BECAUSE WHEN THEY ARE REALLY GREAT THEY DO NOT NEED TO ADVERTISE. ALL GREAT BUSINESSES COME FROM A WORD OF MOUTH. GET SOME REFERRAL FROM PEOPLE THAT YOU TRUST. ITS TOO RISKY TO PUT SOME STRANGERS OUT OF THE WEBSITE TO CLEAN THE UPSCALE HOUSES. ONE THING I REALIZED IS THE ONE OF THE REVIEW IS THE LADY THAT CAME WITH THE MAIN LADY WHICH MAKE ME BELIEVE THAT THEY SELF POST THEIR OWN REVIEW.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the opportunity to clean your house. It's an experience I will never forget. It's customers like you that make my business enjoyable. We came & did the work requested above & beyond what was necessary. You yourself were commenting on how great it was to have someone to do such a good job when other house cleaners weren't doing half of what we did without causing any DAMAGE!! Also when it comes to looking for service from an app or word of mouth you're correct they both have advantages & disadvantages. However they should have an app for customers as yourself to describe how they are so there are no surprises!! So as much as our work was as you say terrible, the same can be said for you as a customer. Again thank you for the opportunity & experience. I do apologize for the delayed response, do to your comment I have been busy with work and have not had the time to reply back.

First I would ask her what all is she or he is looking for and ask if it a two story house does she want service every week or monthly etc
