- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing very cost effective. We do all we can with keeping our fees low, without it ever effecting the quality of services we provide or the caliber of security personal we hire. On certain projects we give discounts depending on the scope and depth of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All security personal will possess a valid D or G License, Concealed Permit License, Florida Driver License. OSHA certified, and CPR certification. National's policy is a mandatory customer service course, that is based on concierge services, customer service skills. We help and assist with on going training classes/seminars dealing in the advancements and future technologies in security.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer/client base consists of HOA's, retail stores, venues "Big and Small", Hi-Rise condominiums & low income apartment complexes, personal protection, mobile escort and funeral escort.
