While visiting Oahu this Spring, we had a small family reunion plus belated birthdays for our two young granddaughters. Chef Jesse Dowling created a wonderful dinner for the occasion and helped make it a memorable evening for all of us. The presentation was lovely and the dinner was delicious. Not only is he a talented chef, he is personable and patiently answered all of our granddaughters' questions about food preparation, cooking, etc. We were delighted with his service and we certainly recommend him to anyone considering a personal chef.

Selected him after talking with several other chefs. Very professional, talented and personable.
Hired him for our family dinner of 10 ( 6 adults 4 children)
Food was outstanding. Quality product, first class prep.
Talked about each dish and answered our questions regarding the food.
Cleaned up. No mess No fuss.
Have no reservation or hesitation in recommending him.

Perfection in a food experience. The menu was exactly what I requested including fresh local fish and fruit. Plated beautifully and each course was explained fully. Truly a wonderful dining experience and a great value.
