Introduction: Here at RoyalFitNatics, I train all my clients with as much attention and care as I expected when I was getting coached as a competitor. Unlike many trainers who run their business out of a larger, nore crowded gym, I train all of my clients out of a private studio 'cutting edge fitness' on Ward Ave. This allows for a more personal feel and freedom of equipment. I have been an athlete since around the age of 5. I have been active in many sports and have always enjoyed the benefits of being a healthy individual. Being in good physical shape had saved my life a few times, not only dodging many of the health risks of today, but also in a few accidents I have been. Doctors have said that if I wasn't as 'in shape' as I try to stay, things could have been a lot worse. I enjoy the fitness industry because it's about always trying to improve yourself, setting goals and reaching them. Transforming people's lives to improve their esteem or just improve their life all around.
