I find that doing simple upgrades to a home before listing will get you the highest profit in today's market. I have cultivated relationships with Honolulu's best vendors to make any remodel as easy and cost effective as possible. I am a big believer in staging the home as it creates a positive atmosphere and vision for potential buyers. I am very familiar with the Oahu real estate market, and dedicate myself to making the steps of buying and selling property, or starting the process of building a custom home, as easy and as fluid as possible. With a strong background in Business Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, I truly understand creative and effective ways to market and sell property. I am data driven and consistently study the neighborhood trends and price margins.
