- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair; however competitive. All the services that are rendered will be of the highest quality and professionalism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I ask all my clients a series of questions to understand their backgrounds as well as where they are currently. 2. I encourage my clients to ask me questions about my services and the plan of action based on the information I have gathered. During the first meetings, this is an opportunity to get to know each other and to get at the core of anything that the client would like to discuss. 3. Being clear on expectations on both sides is extremely helpful so clients know what will be happening at each step of the way. 4. I appreciate a respectful and open communication; therefore, I make it my duty to listen to all my clients.
