She was very effective in the detail she portrayed in the short amount of time I gave her to clean prior to a huge short notice family gathering. She respected what I asked of her to be of prime focus and to my surprise made spots shine that I didn't think would ever be noticed by the naked eye (e.g. The base boards under the vanity). This to me displayed the pride this young woman takes in her business and the type of strive she has to make a reputable name. She had a positive addiditude that helped me remain calm that my house wouldn't be a wreck for the new inlaws. She gave me quick tips to help me touch up until her next visit especially in case she didn't have an open slot for my next short notice hosting. She even was so efficient in the allotted time that she was able to do a light dusting/vaccum over the areas I had not intended on touching. I will be going to this spunky, driven, & kindhearted woman again. Even just for spring cleaning. I'm so greatful her business crossed my path!!!

Discounts: Once a month- 5% off Every other week- 10% off Once a week- 15% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all of our customers we like to send someone out to your location to do a walk through for an accurate estimate. For recurring customers we do your first cleaning as a standard deep clean and depending on how often you want us to come back discounts can vary. We do this because we will likely spend more time on initial visit if you have not had professional cleaning in recent past. More extensive tasks will be done this time around.
