Introduction: I offer a personal training experience that caters to the clients' needs. All areas of fitness will be addressed, including the following: * Flexibility * Core and balance * Strength training * Cardiovascular training * Nutrition * Fat loss / Muscle gain * Fitness assessment Speed, agility and sports specific training is also available. My specialty is sports performance /speed and agility training. l have experience in working with athletes and people involved in fire /Ems, police work, and the military. I have also done post rehab work for a chiropractor. I have personally been involved in sports and fitness all my life. From team sports in school, to competitive power lifting fitness has always been important to me. Because of these experiences I have developed a passion for helping others get into the best shape of their lives. Nothing makes me happier than watching the novice client develop and achieve things he or she thought were imposable. I enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and believe that everyone has an "inner athlete" inside of them just waiting to come out.

Steve is a very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. His workouts are well-planned and with all aspects of conditioning taken into consideration including diet and nutrition. He monitors your progress and custom designs a workout to fit your needs. As a golfer I particularly liked his attentions to core and balance exercises. I highly recommend Steve for his holistic approach to fitness and for fast, measureable results.

I worked with Steve about 18 months. He has an excellent knowledge of exercises to work specific areas and muscles. What I liked is he used a variety of strength training and stretching exercises not just weights.

He is a really good trainer. He is enthusiasts, he will always keep you moving and motivates you. He always been felixible with my timing. He always make sure you do it in right way. I was moving to different state so could not complete. He is the best trainer.

Steve Butler is an excellent trainer! He is the most technically knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with. He takes the time to understand his client's goals and assesses strengths and weaknesses to develop a detailed, personalized program. Thereafter, he guides and monitors the workouts to help develop the areas that need work. Steve is quite personable and a pleasure to work with.
