- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard price system each job has different size, length of time take to clean and other things client may need our want so we give affordable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going out at meeting with them to see what they really looking for in a cleaning crew. Most client have had some experience with a crew good or bad. So we ike to understand what was or was not done so we can meet their standard for the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1996 to 2000 I work for ServiceMaster part in Pennsylvania. I was a floor tech stripping and wax floor, cleaning carpets and doing demolition clean up. After a while I decide to branch out on my own part time while working in the medical field. Now in 2015 I'm gone full time try to build a respectfully company dedicated to making client happy
