Mr Horton was very detailed, professional, prompt and he came out on a Sunday.

Horton is by far the best repairman I’ve ever hired for a job. He came at the time he said he would, he explained the problem with my dryer in terms I could understand, and gave me every detail of what needed to be fixed. Mr. Horton from Horton Mechanical was on time as promised, called before his arrival, had the equipment needed based on my description, neatly completed the repair, and tested the final work before leaving. His work was exceptional and the price was very fair. He listened to our description of the problems with our front load washer and asked more questions to zero in on the problem. He found and fixed the issue timely.
I placed my project in the app on a Friday night and received several random auto-replies. Mr. Horton was the only vendor to send a real response and state his availability directly. That is important and very professional. He came the next day, on a Saturday, by 12 noon.
I truly recommend his work and will definitely use his services for other home repairs in the future.
