- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for new customers starts with an interview where we discuss past, current, and future tax needs. We will provide consultation and make recommendations based on the information learned in the interview. After the formal interview we will provide you a list of documents needed to start the job. Once we have completed the job (Typically 1-2 days depending upon the complexity) you will be contacted to review our results and we will finish processing your taxes.
