- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once our project managers finish discussing the potential projects with our future clientele, they take lots of measurements, pictures and information. That information is brought back to the office where a custom estimate is put together for the project. It then runs through a pricing program which is provided to the client. Don't be shy to let the project manager know if you are working on a budget, they can help you build a custom project to your budget as best as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer complimentary estimates as well as a complimentary consultation with our star design team if requested. We make sure that all of our client's questions are answered and make sure to let them know that we are always here to answer questions around the clock if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our decorated project manager holds multiple degrees in business and construction managment. Likewise, our crews hold all of the necessary licenses and requirements in order to execute a construction project in Texas.
