Introduction: I use a combination of training mediums to give my clients well balanced workouts. Every session is a full body workout, usually finishing with some type of high intensity work for burning fat and increasing cardiovascular performance. I like to use kettlebells for various exercises because they force an individual to use their core and entire body to help stabilize. In addition to barbells and free weights I also incorporate various body weight methods including the use of TRX straps. I really enjoy planning workouts for my clients that are challenging and effective. I spent a lot of time each week, writing and researching so each week's programming is creative and beneficial to my client's overall health and fitness.

There is no shortage of great things to say about training with Brice! I ended up training with him for the first time due to a schedule mix up and he jumped right in and offered to give me something to do and as they say...the rest is history. My body has transformed drastically since I began training with him. More than I could have ever imagined. He has helped me realize my potential. I am better, faster, and stronger thanks to the amazing training and guidance he has provided. The compliments on my physique keep rolling in on a daily basis.
