- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my fee for event planning or meeting management is 20% of the budget. My fee for day of coordination ranges from $149 - $1999 depending on the size of the event. Additional fees are applied for organizations operating outside of Houston, TX and surrounding areas which require travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet for a consultation. This meeting allows me to understand the client's needs and determine if I am a good fit for the opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience in event planning and meeting management. I am a candidate for the Certified Meeting Management certificate and was recently assigned the Director of Education seat on the Meeting Professionals International Houston Chapter 2016-2017 Board of Directors.
