I have to give these guys credit for trying, but they bit off more than they could chew. The job was to haul off a large pile of branch clippings and additionally to rake up leaves and haul them away. 350 for leaves and 100 for the branches. They walked our yard and agreed upon the price, however, after only loading up branches, they wanted to charge us 425 and then change the price and charge per truck load. This was after already settling on a price! After much negotiating, my husband ended up paying way more than agreed upon for hauling away just the branches and abandoning the leaf project. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is a poor way of conducting business.

I thought we had an appointment the first time they were supposed to show up, but I guess there was a misunderstanding. Then, on the second day we agreed to, they only sent one small truck, which was already almost full, and one man. This was after I told them that I had a lot of stuff to haul, including some very large items which would need more than one person to move. So we had to wait around for another guy to show up. And then we had to leave a lot of stuff out on my driveway to wait for them to go empty the truck and come back to load the rest. The men who showed up were very hard workers, very thorough, and very respectful. But overall, other than the workers ultimately doing a good job, the job was handled pretty unprofessionally.
