Excellent work. They replaced a bath tub faucet, bath faucet and a water filter system. Pretty cool guys and they definately get the job done with high quality.

He changed his price after completion of job, with no warning of
His decision to increase price before he did the job . I left a check for the amount he charged me, then he asked the tenant for a 50
More amount. If I was present that would have not happened. Sign of dishonest..

this is the type of customer that i warn contractors about. she reeled me in to "just" install a garbage disposal and pipe it in. upon arrival it appeared that she had got new a counter top so the sink was not even installed.
her scope of work was to just install the garbage disposal.
so i charged her an additional $50 (which by the way is very inexpensive for setting a sink).
this is the kind of customer that doesn't tell you the extra work needing to be do so that she can get it for free. then she ends up cussing and using very foul language at me.
she claims that we agreed to a price.
if anyone looks at my default template on here it will tell you $100 (because that is my starting rate) but call for pricing.
jobs cannot be given a total price without being looked at first....it's just impossible.
