- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to set up a time to either meet in person or have a quick phone call to get as many details as possible. From there I start piecing together what the the customers wishes and ask any questions I may have as well as give any advice they may need/ask for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received training from the U.S. Army and have continued learning on my own and practicing my craft.
