- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard rate of $25/Hr for all of our staff and we charge a rate of $35/Hr for our holiday pricing. All of our staff insured and TABC certified.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the customer get a idea of what type of event they are hosting and any special requests that we can accommodate and we go over everything from type of service to the staff attire. We are very detailed as this is crucial to a events success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring in and train and analyze all of our new staffs skill sets as we hire staff from all walks of life in the service industry. I started over 10 years ago working as a server for a staffing company and have been a part of well over a thousand events but always willing to learn more.
