November, 2016 I commissioned this firm to remodel kitchen cabinets based on pictures of previous jobs. I was very disappointed in the quality of work performed. Examples: Doors under sink come to bottom of cabinet facing while drawer fronts are about an inch above bottom of cabinet facings. Some drawer openings were cut too wide so a piece of wood was installed to make the openings smaller. This might have been okay except the seams were not caulked before painting and it is very noticeable. It appears that no sealer was put on the new drawer fronts and cabinet doors before painting as the old part of the cabinet is a little shinier and smoother. Small cracks in the old part of the cabinets appear not to have been caulked before painting therefore not giving the cabinets a new look. My husband had to repaint the cabinet facings under the drawers. It almost appears that the drawers were left in when the painting was done thereby not giving the face fronts a good coat of paint. Several places on the face fronts at the top next to the granite countertop needs to be painted. There are a couple places that the screws for the drawer slides came through the cabinet and is exposed. They reinstalled the lights that we had under the upper cabinets, and the screws came up through the bottom of the cabinets. They were left that way. A lot of touchup is being done by my husband. The overspray on the tile floor, dishwasher and other areas was not cleaned up. I think the workers were being rushed to get the job done so the owner could get the last payment. Several times I was told the job was done only to go over and find hours of work that still needed to be done. These are only a few of the things that I am finding. I will not use this company again for a remodel. I like the owner and the workers, but when I pay for a job I want quality work and do not feel like I got it this time.

On roofs I do price per square, I come out and measure the roof. On other projects depending on quantity I can do by linear ft or just depending on the job. Free estimate with no obligation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm always happy to come out and due a full roof inspection or work evaluation. I share my experience and knowledge and provide the best advice best on my observation. I'm happy to provide a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe hands on is the best training you can get and with over 10 years of experience doing remodeling, I personally inspect the work completed.
