- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since majority of our work is particular to the client, our prices vary but we are affordable for any marketing budget. We bill based on type of service and time and we also have retaining options. Quotes are free so don't hesitate to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the initial conversation is about your company and your aspirations. We want to get a full understanding of who you are and what you want your company/project/product to become. Next, we summarize our findings and create a plan of action based on those findings. This plan also includes an estimated timeline and quote. We go over this together and agree or revise the plan, then we get to work! We send daily updates and schedule weekly calls and/or visits throughout the process. Once the work is complete, you're sent a final survey to sum up your business with us and share any additional insights.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in marketing and technology for five years. I recently completed a master's degree in integrated marketing communication I've spent the past two and half years in the startup space helping build digital brands for new products and personalities.
