All choices above describe things i like about this vendor. I'm a RE investor and have been in the business 7+ years with experience in renovations. However, this contractor is always able to find the basis behind issues I'm having with any phase of my rehabs. They are also able to find solutions which are less costly and more efficient with longer lasting effect than the standard contracting vendor. Their quotes are always reasonable and thorough. These folks go "over and above" in their efforts to assist customers. Through my experience and long-term relationship with them--for properties I am holding for rental, etc, I am completely comfortable in allowing them to make standard repairs from a phone call without my having to visit the property to oversee their work.
