- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to work with almost every budget. Don't be afraid to ask questions or let us know the budget you're working with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't have a set practice or process. Each client is different and we want to make sure that we listen to what our clients want and need to ensure they have a spectacular event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first studied under Chef Claude Thomas(France) while still working as a Fireman. I am a former Fire House Cook and I attended and received my degree from the Culinary Institute LeNotre here in Houston.
